1. Please contact us once you feel you have made your decision or have a puppy in mind.

2. Feel free to ask for more pictures or to schedule a video call to see the puppies we are not shy on showing any of our available puppies.

3. Once you´ve met your puppy we can schedule a meet up or delivery to your wished address.

4. We do not do house meet ups we are always open to show the dam and the sire also all the puppies thru video calls. 

5. We always take a deposit to reserve the said puppy. No refunds unless if the puppy is not ready to go home or a emergency situation.

6. Shipping:

-Shipping is always paid upon delivery with the due total.

-Delivery hour is confirmed 24 hours before delivery.

-Puppies are flown or transported by van its optional.
